Head Baseball Coach - Ryan Good

Ryan Good is entering his fifth season as Fontbonne's Head Baseball Coach. In his first four years, Good has led Fontbonne to three 20+ win seasons . In his third year, his team won the SLIAC tournament and advanced to the NCAA Regional Tournament for the first time since 2003.

Coach Good came to Fontbonne after four years as the lead assistant coach at fellow SLIAC member Webster University. During Coach Good’s four years at Webster, he helped the program make it to a SLIAC Championship and two NCAA Regional Tournament appearances.

During his time at Webster, Coach Good graduated with a B.A. in Education and a M.A. in business. As a baseball player at Webster, Coach Good holds top five records for various pitching categories.
Ryan is a native of the St. Louis area as he attended Hillsboro Senior High School.

Assistant Coach – Adam York
Adam York is entering his third season as Lead Assistant in the Fontbonne University’s baseball program.  Coach York will work with the defensive and offensive aspects of the game. Coach York came to Fontbonne after one year as the assistant coach at Lincoln College.

Adam played college baseball his first two years at Lincoln Junior College.  Coach York attained his Associates Degree at Lincoln.   Coach York completed his education and baseball career at Webster University. During Coach York’s time at Webster, he earned his B.A in Management.  
As a junior, Coach York earned various honors as a player, including conference player of the year, all-region, all-tournament team and all-conference centerfielder.  Coach York went to two regional tournaments as a player.

 Assistant Coach – Justin Juergensmeyer

Justin Juergensmeyer is entering his second year as an Assistant Coach for Fontbonne University.  Coach Juergensmeyer primary focus will be to work with the catchers and outfielders. After high school he attended Lewis and Clark Community College in Alton, Illinois. At Lewis and Clark he was a 2 year starter, hit over .400 each year, while handling the whole pitching staff. After leaving Lewis and Clark he transferred to Fontbonne University to play for Coach Good. His senior year at Fontbonne he help lead the team to a National Tournament berth. He finished his career at Fontbonne while receiving a Bachelor in Sports Management and a Minor in Business.

After playing his final two years at Fontbonne University he was asked to join the coaching staff along with Head Coach Ryan Good and Assistant Coach Adam York. He is currently the Graduate Assistant/Assistant Sports Information Director at Fontbonne University where is getting his masters in Business Administration.
