Women's softball announces Valentine's Day camp
Dec. 7, 2011 - The Fontbonne University women's softball team has announced it will hold its annual Valentine's Day camp on Saturday, Feb. 18th from 9 am - 3 pm at the Dunham Student Activity Center on the Fontbonne campus.
The camp, designed for participants grades 1-8, will focus on positional play, throwing, fielding, base running, hitting, diving and sliding. The camp staff includes Fontbonne head softball coach Bill Rosner, assistant coaches Mike Akers and Taylor Rosner, pitching coach Randi Null and several current Fontbonne players.
The camp is $75 per athlete in advance and $85 per athlete at the door. Participants need to bring a lunch or money for the cafeteria, tennis shoes, a glove, a bat, helmet and catcher's gear if applicable.
