Fontbonne began offering men's tennis in 1999. The team competes in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC), which offers team and individual championships tournaments. The SLIAC recently received an automatic bid to the NCAA Div. III National Tennis Tournament. This means the winner of the SLIAC team tournament will qualify for the National Tournament giving Fontbonne's tennis team a great opportunity.
The men's tennis team practices at Shaw Park in Clayton, Missouri and travels the Midwest Region to compete.
